After sending through an enquiry & having your initial consult, I just require a $500 a non-refundable deposit to hold your date. The balance is then due 4 weeks before your elopement date.

During this time we keep in touch & I am available for assistance with planning, recommendations & obtaining permits (required for photography in national parks & on crown land).

The minimum amount of people that can be present during a legal marriage ceremony is 5 - you, your partner, your celebrant & two witnesses. If you don’t want your witnesses to be anyone you know, I am happy to stand in & assist with a second witness.

I also don’t put up any photos on social media or my website without your permission, so I promise your secret is safe with me!

Yes of course you can. I completely understand that sometimes things happen that are beyond our control & you may need to reschedule. You are allowed one free-of-charge date change within 12 months of your original date. If your new date isn’t available we can discuss options!

You can also change your mind on which package you would like up to 4 weeks prior to your wedding.

Also, if we need a little extra time on your elopement day, that is totally ok too! We can discuss options if required.

I don’t provide USBs as standard in my packages. This is to ensure that you receive your images on a secure online gallery that you can share quickly & easily with your family and friends. It also ensures that your images are safe on the cloud and not gathering dust on a USB.

If you would like to purchase a USB package you can do so through your online gallery once your photos have been delivered.

You may notice that my elopement packages are priced differently to my full-day wedding coverage. My Adventure Elopements are an entirely different kind of experience, both creatively & logistically.

When you elope, I’m not only there to photograph your day. I’m also closely involved in location scouting, timeline planning, and shaping an experience that feels intentional, unhurried, and deeply personal. From the moment you book, I’m hands-on in helping bring your vision to life & ensuring your day unfolds with ease.

Unlike larger wedding days where I can work more quietly in the background alongside a broader planning team, elopements often involve more one-on-one time, more time actively photographing, and a greater level of planning support throughout the lead-up.

For couples working with experienced elopement planners such as Wilderness Weddings or Pop Up Weddings Tasmania, I offer a 10% discount on my ‘The Intrepid Explorers’ and ‘The Wild Romantics’ packages as the planning load is shared.
