All packages require a non-refundable $1000 deposit to hold your date. This is deducted off the total of your invoice.

The balance is due 4 weeks before your wedding date, or you are very welcome to pay it off in smaller instalments over time.

I offer payment via direct deposit & credit card (Stripe).

December through March are my busiest months & dates during these months tend to book up quickly once my calendar opens for that season.

If I’m unavailable, I’m more than happy to recommend other talented photographers who can capture your special day beautifully!

Things to consider when choosing your photographic coverage are:

+ Distance between Ceremony & Getting Ready Location/s
+ Ceremony Time & Duration
+ Reception Start Time
+ Sunset/Golden Hour
+ Offsite Locations & Travel Time

At your pre-wedding consultation I will ask questions to gauge the above so we can work out a rough timeline of the day & narrow down the amount of coverage you require to fit all of the parts of the day you would like photographed.

Please note: Coverage time is continuous & travel time between locations/venues once your coverage time has commenced will eat into this time. Pre & post travel is included in the travel fee and does not affect coverage time.

I shoot with 2x Canon 5D Mk4 + have 2x Canon 5D Mk3 back up cameras so I am always prepared for any contingencies!

I also have a range of professional lenses that shoot wide angle, portrait & close up photos. Other equipment in my kit includes:

On & Off Camera Flashes for use in low light where required, Tripods, Extra Batteries + many, many Memory Cards!

I am a Canon Professional Services member, this is an exclusive membership program for professional photographers that ensures my gear is always protected & in peak performance.

Absolutely, I understand that plans can change and you may need to reschedule. You are allowed one date change within 12 months of your original date at no additional cost. If your new date isn’t available, we can discuss alternative options to find a suitable solution.

If you need to move your date to a new year (for example, from December 2026 to March 2028), you will need to pay a new deposit. This deposit will be deducted from your remaining balance, along with the original deposit. Please note that this new deposit is also non-refundable, as it secures your new date & reflects the commitment to hold that spot.

You can also change your package up to 4 weeks before your wedding. On your wedding day, you can add extra coverage hours if needed, but reducing coverage hours will not result in a refund.

I like to be well prepared so I will usually do some location scouting prior to your wedding day. If your wedding is on a private residence, we can organise a time to visit it together if it suits and you can show me the ceremony location & other great spots.

Sometimes I don’t get a chance to visit your venue/s prior to your wedding, but I still do my research whether it be familiarising myself with the location on google maps, looking through other wedding blog posts or arriving extra early at the location.

In an effort to keep my packages as eco friendly as possible, I have decided to make USB’s an ‘opt-in’ option. You can purchase a USB package in your gallery store once your photos have been delivered.

Your photos are delivered on a secure cloud-based gallery that you can access anywhere, and also share quickly & easily with your loved ones.

With over 10 years of experience, I’ve successfully photographed many weddings solo, capturing every special moment with confidence. However, a second photographer can be a great option if you have tight schedules or if your getting-ready locations are far apart. If you choose to include a second shooter, I’ll carefully select someone who matches my style to ensure a seamless and comprehensive portrayal of your day. While not necessary, this option can enhance the overall coverage and storytelling of your wedding.

The right videographer will add so much value to your day & capture moments in a way that photos alone just cannot do. I am very happy to suggest my favourites when asked. This list is based off how well we work together & whether I think their vibe will suit your vibe.

I am also very happy to provide suggestions for other vendors (celebrants, hair & makeup artists, florists etc.) if you’re stuck & would like some recommendations. There are truly so many incredible vendors in Tasmania, so my biggest recommendation is choosing vendors who are active on social media & respond to your emails in a timely manner. Directories like The Tasmanian Wedding Directory & Isle Weddings can also assist you in finding the right vendor for you & your day.

Where possible I reuse shipping packaging. This also ensures that you’re not paying a higher amount in your packages to accomodate luxury packaging that ends up in landfill. My sole focus is on creating beautiful photography - not adding unnecessary waste to our planet.
